We at Quantum Leap, strive to provide course of the highest quality and satisfaction to our customers. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our refund policy below
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only to training courses purchased directly from Quantum Leap.
Refunds are not applicable after 7 days of payment.
2. Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our training support team at info@qltc.in. Provide your course registration details and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
Our training support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
3. Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Refusal of Refund
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request is made outside the specified refund period or if the course participant has violated any terms and conditions
